Each year Team Phoenix welcome a small group of women who have had breast cancer to train together in a safe, supportive environment. We run a supported 6-month programme helping women regain strength, confidence and connection - finishing together at a super sprint triathlon.
You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need experience.
You just need to be ready to start.
We start together. We finish together.

For six months, we meet each week and train together, nothing intense, nothing intimidating, just steady progress and good company.
We’ll help you build strength and confidence with:
